What this site stores, and what it does not.

This notice covers the website at nexaintel.ai and the chat assistant available on it. The Nexa Intelligence platform that this site describes is a separate system with its own data handling, governed by the per-tenant Master Services Agreement. Platform mechanisms are documented under Trust and Security and are not in scope here.

No cookies for advertising. No advertising pixels. No retargeting. No embedded third-party analytics scripts. No fingerprinting. The only things this site writes to your browser are a session identifier for the chat assistant and the locale and theme you chose. Clearing your browser storage ends our knowledge of that session.

We do measure how the site is used, on our own servers and without storing anything on your device. The next section describes exactly what that involves.

Cloudflare sits in front of the site for attack protection and TLS. Cloudflare keeps a short-lived aggregate request log for that purpose. We do not export it, profile it, or join it against any other identifier.

We measure how visitors move through the site so we can see what is useful and what is ignored. The measurement runs on a Cloudflare Worker we operate. It is not a third-party analytics service, and the data is not shared with one.

When you load a page, your browser holds a random identifier in memory for the length of that visit. It is never written to your device, and a new one is generated if you reload or come back later. We use it to connect the steps of a single visit, such as which sections you read or which chapters you play, without knowing who you are.

Our server adds a few coarse signals it reads from the connection itself: the country the request came from (country level only, from Cloudflare), whether you are on a phone, tablet, or desktop, and the domain that referred you (the domain alone, never the full address). If you followed a campaign link, we record the campaign tags carried in that link.

We do not store your IP address or your precise location. We do not build a fingerprint of your device, and we do not link this measurement to any identifier that follows you across other websites. Because none of it touches your device, there is no cookie banner to dismiss.

The chat assistant on this site runs on a Cloudflare Worker we operate. Messages you send to the assistant and its replies are stored against a chat session identifier. That identifier is a random string scoped to this domain, and it is separate from the in-memory visit identifier used for engagement measurement.

The model behind the assistant is Anthropic Claude, used under an agreement that prohibits training on the data we send. Your conversation is not used to train the model.

We also assign each question a coarse topic label, such as pricing or integration, so we can see what visitors ask about most. A small model running on our own infrastructure produces the label. The question itself stays in the conversation record above and is not copied elsewhere.

You can ask the assistant to forget the conversation, or you can clear browser storage. Either ends the session. To request deletion of older sessions tied to your identifier, write to privacy@nexaintel.ai.

Each kind of record has a fixed retention window. Chat conversations stay for 90 days after your last message. The engagement signals and topic labels described above stay for 12 months. Operational and security incident logs stay for 180 days. Anything you send us as feedback stays for 24 months. A scheduled job runs every day and deletes records once they pass these windows.

Cloudflare hosts the website and the workers behind it, provides attack protection and TLS, and runs the database and the on-infrastructure models we use for search and for the topic labels. This data stays inside Cloudflare's network under our account.

Anthropic provides the Claude model behind the chat assistant, under an agreement that prohibits training on what we send it.

Resend delivers operational email to our team, for example when a visitor asks to speak with a person.

Google Fonts currently serves the site's typefaces from Google's network, which means Google receives the request for the font files and the IP address attached to it. We are moving these fonts onto our own servers to remove that dependency.

The Nexa Intelligence platform that this website describes is a separate system from the website. Captured interviews, enriched data, and the corpus that the platform produces are handled under the per-tenant Master Services Agreement a customer signs at the start of an engagement. Those data flows are out of scope for this notice.
